I am currently eating macaroni cheese.
No, not nice stuff. Smart Price macaroni cheese. The kind of stuff that comes out of a lovely tin with green and white wrapping. Mmmm... pass me the sick bag.
As you can probably guess, times at university are hard. I have pretty much spent most of my money and have been left with nothing but a hangover and noodles.
Also, whilst being at university I have managed to send a questionable text to my mum meant for someone else. 'What does balls deep mean Annabell?' Ummmm.......
NOT a conversation you wish to have with your mother.
I have had a tomato fight, an ice fight (not an ice cube fight, more like an ice boulder fight, may I add!) a cheese fight and last but not least I have grated cheese on someones teeth. NICE.
But after you all read this and are disgusted with my antics, I must say I have never felt as youthful in my life. If any of you have ever had a water fight after the age of 15, or gone trick and treating after 17 you will kind of get what I mean... I feel like a kid again and its amazing, its such a good feeling. A feeling I had forgotten, when filing paper, or speaking to customers on the phone, or dealing with angry customers who had something to spout off about.
I don't think at any other point in my life will I feel as young as I do here. Of course, uni is also about work and coursework and assignments and lectures and waking up on time and dragging yourself out of bed with last nights club name stamped on your forehead. But it's also given me a new lease of life if you will, life is no longer doom and gloom and I am no longer plodding along waiting for my 30th/40th/marriage/divorce/untimely death. I am a child and I bloody love it!

Hello there my old friend....
Well to say the last few weeks of my life have been a bit hectic is a BIT of understatement.
I have, however, discovered the following things out about myself. An insight, if you will.
a) I am extremely clumsy. For the following reasons: Being a fresher at university, I have a million and one bruises. And no idea where they came from. And not just small bruises. I mean one's that take up half my leg. I awoke this morning to find some sort of freaky crop circle type thing on my upper leg. (I recently watched the 4th Kind, I suddenly believe in Aliens, bare with me!) I also am unable to make microwaveable risotto, I didn't think water was an essential element of the mixture. I also lose my keys, my bank card, my makeup brush ( a.k.a the most important thing in my life) and wake to disocver my keys are in my coat pocket, my bank card is in my bag (after I have already cancelled it) and my makeup brush was found on the floor - Hurrrrrrah! I also nearly got my arm amputated by an automatic door, a lift, a cage, a couch, a sweet hit me in the eye. I am basically a walking disaster!!!
b) I am extreeeeemely lazy. I used to be at work for 8am... OK OK so it was more like 8:10 but who's counting?! However now, I am literally struggling to wake up for 1pm. I won't even tell you at what time I woke up today, but lets put it this way - I was eating toast and drinking the necessary coffee's at about 4.30pm.
c) I am actually a lot more talkative than I originally thought. So far, I have made friends with a few bouncers, (one of which lives in my town originally... how random!!!) a few estate agents, one of which is from America, some Estonians who I was speaking Russian to, a Syrian Kebab shop owner, a computing expert, an old man who used to be a prison officer and has on occasion met the Kray brothers.... The list is endless and these people
aren't even from uni!
So plenty of fun times ahead I am sure. I did think I wasn't going to fit in here, but I love it. Bournemouth rocks. Period. Ha. However, my course is extra hard. Everyones so damned clever. Ahh well.. Operation 'Good Girl' starts next week and I am definitely going to pull my socks up and try really hard. Being at uni is a gift and I am not prepared to waste it. Now wheres my bloody wine?!?!
Until next time...
